Do you work on non-Ford cars?
Yes — we service and repair all makes and models. Diagnostics are carried out with Bosch KTS and Actia equipment, on every make.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We regularly help English-speaking customers across the Charente and Dordogne. The garage has served the British community in Charente since 1966.
Will I get a quote first?
Always. We confirm the price with you before carrying out any work. Parts references and labour time are listed before any work resumes, using genuine Motorcraft parts.

Mechanical work on all makes, bodywork, windscreen replacement with ADAS camera recalibration (the garage is Glass Auto Service approved), air-conditioning service, tyres and geometry, and a 24/7 breakdown line — all under one roof, in a workshop entirely rebuilt in 2023. Diagnostics run on Bosch KTS, Actia and Ford IDS equipment, which covers the vast majority of the European and Asian car park.
